Thomas Godart has spent over 40 years building the network that makes off-market transactions possible. In 1999, Godart Real Estate Group was acquired by Equis Corporation. Since then, he has structured and closed some of Florida's most consequential land and development transactions — working directly with Lennar, Pulte, GL Homes, The Altman Companies, Dezer Development, ZOM Multifamily, Konover South, Barcardi Family, Atlantic Pacific and institutional capital sources and private equity. We source the land, assemble the relationships, navigate the regulatory environment, and structure the capital stack — so the deal closes and the value is created.
