A 24-acre parcel on West Osceola Parkway in the Orlando metro — adjacent to Lennar's Storey Lake master planned community and positioned within one mile of a newly approved Publix, at the intersection of three of Florida's most visited destinations.
Our Role.
Represented The Altman Companies in joint venture with AVR Realty Company in the land acquisition — brokering the transaction and extending a multi-deal South Florida relationship into a new Central Florida market.
The outcome.
Transaction closed. 356-unit multifamily program approved and launched in the Orlando metro market.
