The Opportunity
Avis Budget Group was consolidating operations. The 3.5-acre site at 6301 North Powerline Road was not on the market, not known to be available, and not visible to any buyer operating through standard channels.
Our Role.
Godart identified the motivated seller, matched the opportunity to Dezer's acquisition program, and structured the transaction — taking the deal from origination to closing entirely outside the listed market.
The outcome.
Transaction closed. Dezer — with over $3.6 billion in sales across nine Sunny Isles Beach luxury towers — added a Fort Lauderdale land position through a deal that existed only because Godart created it.
