A 5-acre site at 1550 NE 26th Street — one of the last developable parcels in a city where new residential construction had effectively stopped and no prior development program had cleared the municipal process.
Our Role.
Represented the seller and led the entitlement process directly — managing stakeholder engagement and securing unanimous approval from the Wilton Manors City Commission before a dollar of land capital moved.
The outcome.
Land closed at $13 million. Lennar's approved program: 50 townhomes ranging from 1,485 to 2,374 square feet, priced from $800,000s. Construction begins late 2025.
