The Opportunity
A prime downtown Miami corner within the Metropolitan Miami master development — a multi-billion dollar mixed-use program anchored by MDM Development Group. The residential tower required air rights that existed in a complex layered structure above an operating retail and parking podium. No standard acquisition path existed. The opportunity required seeing a transaction structure that wasn't yet on paper.
Our Role.
Godart secured the critical air rights required for the development of Monarc at Met 3, enabling a 462-unit luxury residential tower integrated above a structured parking podium and Whole Foods flagship location in Downtown Miami.
The outcome.
Transaction closed. ZOM completed Monarc at Met 3 in November 2016.
