Godart represented Pulte, identified the site, managed due diligence, and closed the acquisition — delivering land that matched Pulte's product program across three unit types.

Site closed at $9 million. Approved program: 100 units — 32 single-family, 61 zero lot line, 7 townhomes — ranging from 1,800 to 2,800 square feet.
