Development of a 420-unit multifamily rental community, including a clubhouse, tennis court, pool, children’s playground, gazebo, and a community dog park.

Represented Atlantic Pacific Development in the acquisition of the 24.2-acre site from Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church.
The outcome.
Atlantic Pacific Development acquired the site for $12.3 million for development of the planned 420-unit multifamily rental community.
