6.7 acres on the NW quadrant of Miramar Parkway and Red Road — the retail component of a larger mixed-use program requiring a simultaneous closing with the adjacent residential transaction on the same day.
Our Role.
Handled the retail land sale exclusively — representing both the seller and the retail purchaser in a coordinated simultaneous closing alongside the $35 million residential transaction.
The outcome.
Retail land closed at $35 million. Master Development Inc. in joint venture with Konover South approved for approximately 60,000 square feet of retail with outdoor dining and community space at the gateway to Miramar.
