A former golf course sitting on 139 acres in the heart of an established Broward market — once proposed as the golf course for the St. Regis Hotel on Fort Lauderdale Beach, one of the last large land parcels available in Oakland Park.
Our Role.
Godart represented Blackshore Partners, identified Pulte as the right buyer, led negotiation, and managed community stakeholder engagement — aligning neighbors on a reduced density program that protected the closing and accelerated approval.
The outcome.
Site sold at $31 million. Pulte's residential program approved with a public greenway delivered as a community benefit.
